1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as opened beverage products cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during shipping.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us through our Contact Page.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our Contact Page with details and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened beverage products.
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
